Common Questions
Do you charge for estimates?
No. We come look at your project, talk it through, and give you a real number, all at no cost. You don't pay us until there's a job to do.
How do I know if you serve my area?
If you're in McMinn, Bradley, Monroe, or Polk County, you're almost certainly in range. If you're on the edge of that or just outside it, call and ask. We travel for the right job.
Who pulls the permits, me or you?
We do. Every job includes pulling the permits and handling inspections with the city or county. That paperwork never lands on you.
Do you take small jobs, or only big builds?
Both. A single room addition and a full custom home both get our attention. Call and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit for the work.
How soon can you start?
It depends on what's already on our plate, since we don't overbook just to take a deposit and disappear. Once we've seen the job, we'll give you a real start window.
What if my budget won't cover everything?
We'll give you a straight price and help you figure out what's worth doing now and what can wait. We'd rather phase a project than cut corners to hit a number.
